Good points:: Simple ans clearest phone for SMS I have ever used.
Bad points:: Camera was not as good as the same spec in x830. Odd, but flip keeps a great screen scratch free

Good points:: Camera not as good as the x820 but as a flip the screen does not scratch. When open it is like a regular phone so you can have a conversation without shouting!
Bad points:: Camera on mine was slow compared to the x820
