Good points:
Really easy to use, very versatile.
Bad points:
The steraming process is a bit long to get the vegetables how I like them, it's quicker to steam in a pan with colinder.

Confirmed purchaser Busy mum or dad

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Lots of handy features, stainless steel interior and steam function make it really easy to clean. No rotating plate inside to clean or wear out , also means nothing to stratch and rust the interior floor of the microwave.
Bad points:
Not as powerfull as you would think, lights up like a space ship and is a bit complicated to work until you get used to it.

Microwave Buyers Guide

Manufacturer's Description

The innovative Steam and stable plate technology helps retain more food nutrients. With the increasing demand for healthy cooking, steam cooking can not only preserve the vitamins and minerals of foods but also ensures colours, flavours and soft food textures, a far stretch from regular microwave cooking.

The steam is pumped into the cavity via an external reservoir located on the left hand side of the unit. When the steam/microwave function is selected the heating element in the bottom of the reservoir generates the steam for the cavity and is fed through a a small inlet in the cavity wall as per below.

Light wave technology can save energy and reduce the risk of bacteria build up within the cavity. The light wave grill is known to be 10-15% more energy efficient than a regular Quartz grill and allows for more even heating.
