Tony, Ilfracombe Music lover

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
I do a lot of recording of radio programmes. This has made it so much easier, particularly when a programme is on when I am out. Being able to record on to memory cards is a huge advantage.
Being DAB I can receive more programmes than i can on FM.
Bad points:
Setting up to record in advance is fiddly - instructions shold be better.
As with digital tv, signal strength can be poor with some (not all) programmes being unobtainable at times.
Because the recorded items menu only lists the channel you recorded from, you have to download the memory card to a computer in order to see what you have recorded. This is not a fault, but it needs to be born in mind if you consider purchasing one.
I've had several programmes which did not record, and sometimes the programme stops recording.
