Good points:
Easy to use. Helps with relaxation after a workout session. Allows you to build up your exerciose regime slowly and targets areas that you want to concentrate on. I have suffered from back problems and feet/ hip pain since I was a child and can only do low impact exercise. The toner has given me confidence to try to exercise again and so far I have had no adverse effects. I combine this exercise with a short period on an exercise bike. It seems to be working for me!
Bad points:
Storage could be a problem but I have a spare room and can leave it in place. Would have liked a remote control to operate the toner from lower positions.

Confirmed purchaser Shy about exercise

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
The power toner enables me to exercise in short bursts - i don't need to take a whole hour out of my day.
Although basic (you get what you pay for) it has enough settings and programmes to complete a reasonable exercise programme.
It doesn't take up too much room but do remember it needs to be positioned near a socket to plug it in!
Bad points:
A little on the noisy side, but not unbearable! Apparently a rubber mat underneath will help with this.
Doesn't come with a particularly good manual showing all the exercises you can do. However, loads of exercise information available on the internet to put together a good workout.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
It's wonderful to have my own power trainer, as I live in tiny seaside Hamlet and everything is so far away.
The power trainer is wonderful and easy to use.
Bad points:
The only bad point is the storage, because it is quite large.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
This product is easy to use with no assembly. The recommended excersises look a bit strange in the booklet but give it a bit more versatility than just standing on the platform! Great for back ache and a quick massage at the end of a workout. whether it burns any fat off ? not sure, but have been lying on my tummy over it just in case!!
Bad points:
Again the instruction booklet, its a bit strange and the philosophy behind it isn't explained in straight forward english!
