Good points:
Fantastic to have a wireless headset, no more wires!
Bad points:
Sound quality is not so good, sometimes it loses the sound. Possibly due to signal. Need to improvise on signal quality.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Fills a need to be able to talk for long periods while moving around the office hands-free.
Bad points:
Cannot dial calls from it - but don;t know how this could be implemented anyway so not really a bad point.

Clive, Kent

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Good range, good sound quality and simple to use. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
Bad points:
Seems to get hung up every now and then and requires a full reset and re-pair with the base station. The manual is wrong with respect to pairing (says to hold down mute button but it should be the volume down button) and it doesn't detail how you reset the headset, which as I mention above is needed every now and then. Receiving calls is great but making calls can be complicated depending on the DECT phone you have i.e. transfering the call from the handset to the headset after dialing can be painful.

Support for Panasonic base stations seems to be limited which is concerning as I find Panasonic to be one of the best DECT phones you can buy for domestic use.

A good, comfortable headset - would be viable to wear all day - subject to the battery lasting
Bad points:
Battery life was nowhere near marketing - product returned - awaiting a replacement that will hopefully live up to expectations

Confirmed purchaser Taking dictation

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Great sound quality and good at cutting out background noise - it's the first cordless headset I've used and I love the increased freedom of movement. It was really easy to set up with my phone.
Bad points:
Can't dial out using the headset, have to dial out on normal phone and then just click headset before the other person picks up the call - not difficult but would have been even better if this wasn't the case.

Bad points:
Wireless range, sometimes the sound quality is good, other time its like you can hear the speaker next to your ear and then is 1 metre away! It comes and go.

I am not sure what the issue is, I have checked the building layout and there is only one wall separating from the dect base to the headset. I think this is only suitable for open plan environment.

Lisa, Hampshire NLPCoaching Trainer

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Light, looks good, easy to wear and use. Some of my coaching calls can go for 2 - 3 hrs so it is perfect for this.

I love it.
Bad points:
The range is noticably less than my other wireless phones.

I would prefer it if there were an easier way to transfer the calls to the headset.
