Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Slightly bigger than my last Azur iron & had a larger water capacity which was why I bought it. At first I used too high a rating & got more steam than was needed, thus using more water than necessary, but once I got the hang of it it was excellent. Didn't find it heavier as other reviewer had said & I have two replacement thumb joints, so arthritics can certainly use it with ease. The narrower pointed front helps to get into tiny areas around buttons and finally the knock down price was absolutely fantastic! A1**************
Bad points:
Have yet to find one but perhaps it's life span will be shortened as I am ironing more than I have done for a long time!

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
It irons really well and is just the right weight for me. The tank holds plenty of water and the steam is really good.
The bottom of the iron stays clean. There is plenty of cord and it wraps up beautifully with the valcro to keep it all together. It was recommended to me by two of my friends who have both bought more than one of them in the past. All in all very impressed by this iron.
Bad points:
I can't think of any at the moment apart from the fact that my water jug arrive with a split in it but I have plenty of them from previous irons so it didn't bother me that much. I have not had it long enough yet to say anything else about it but so far everything in good.

Score 2.0/10
Good points:
Can't think of any good points --- very dissapointed.
Bad points:
Its heavy, the lid to the water hole gets in the way when filling it up, the steam is not very forceful, I use fabric conditioner but the iron fails to iron out bad creases despite having the iron on full steam and heat, the steam jet is weak, the plate is small for such a large iron, the buttons for the jet steam are awkward you have to stretch your thumb to release steam its definately not a comfortable product to handle. Overall the product is very dissapointing and I prefer Rowenta or Bosch, wouldn't buy phillips again.

Good points:
It irons very well, the steam works perfectly, the water filler is really easy, it doesn't drip, it has auto-off if you accidentally leave it on and it looks good!
Bad points:
It's on the heavier side, I don't mind but it may bother some people.
