Score 7.0/10
Good points:
This is a decent Plasma tv for the price.Every thing about this is good but at the same time there is nothing that is magnificent. For a 42" HD ready plasma at this price then it performs well.Great tv for someone wanting a Large Plasma that is HD ready but on a budget.
Bad points:
The most frustrating thing about this tv was for being HD ready there is only one DVI port to put in any HD equipment. There is two regular scart ports and a svhs port and an analogue component port. But only one Dvi which is what is needed for HD and no Hdmi port either. With 2006 being the year for HD tv then its not too good. At the moment i have an xbox360(which is HD) and an hd upscaler dvd player which i have to swap connections to watch.By the end of the year i will have sky hd and a ps3 which will mean four items that have to fit into one dvi port.So as a result i will have to buy a switcher box. Not good

Good points:
Good looks and full featured low end plasma TV.
Bad points:
Image quality is very poor for a plasma made by one of the biggest manufacturers. Should never have got through Phillips quality control. Have replaced it with a Hitachi which is excellent.
