Good points:
Excellent TV. Very happy with it. Generally a superb picture. Ambilight is actually very cool. Three HDMI ports is great. HD pictures fab. Freeview picture usually much better than same channel on Sky (e.g. BBC, C4 etc - just goes to show how crap Sky's encoding and delivery are on many channels). Picture processing engine generally very good.
Bad points:
Very minor niggles only.

Picture quality really only let down by the inferior quality of the signal from Sky HD at times. Edge motion artifacts crop up quite a bit - e.g. between people moving past backgrounds. Seems so far to be related to the quality of the broadcast or encoding, not the TV per se, as it's variable in different programs and channels. My very limited testing of HD content direct from a computer doesn't seem to show it (at least nowhere near as much). Haven't got BD yet, so can't comment there. Sometimes flesh tones seem to suffer for the same reasons, notably blocking out badly on some SD broadcasts (but this is really to be expected on any big HD screen). Still, as noted I think this is a source problem, not inherent to the TV itself so far.

You don't appear to be able to set the picture processing options per-channel, just on the TV as a whole. Not too much of an issue, but personally if I was being picky I'd switch some of the options down on movie channels for a slightly softer look. Very minor problem though for 99.9% of my real world viewing.

My only other very tiny minor nigglette about the TV itself is that it appears you can't fully rename the inputs on the selector menu - you can only select from a set of defined names - e.g. "HD Dig STB" instead of setting it to "Sky HD" or whatever I want, and I have to have "Game" for both my PS2 and Wii ports and "PC" for my Mac (the insult!).

The wife dislikes the tiny silver edging around the outside face of the set, but I quite like it and the overall styling.

Would have been great if the stand was height-adjustable a bit, but that's being very picky.

Good points:
Ambi light is very effective, and the picture quality on more modern programs is excellent.
Bad points:
Sound quality is good but lacks much bass. Picture quality on older programs can be slightly blurry, especially when there is a patterned background, but this is quite rare.
