Good points:
You can get stunning images without having to carry around heavy equipment. I only use RAW files so can't comment on the jpegs.
The 14-45 lens is very good, giving good contrast and sharpness with useful images stabilisation, although the 20mm f1.7 is even better. If I could onlly buy one lens it would be the 20mm f1/7.
The camera is well made and is a delight to hold and work with. The many menu items took a bit of getting used to but after a few weeks the menu items I use or need are easy to find.
Bad points:
It is still expensive, which knocks my value for money score down somewhat.
Limited lenses available at the moment although this is expected to improve.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Bought this to use on an Olympus E-P3. Nice solid construction. Optical quality (sharpness) is noticably better across the frame than the Olympus 14-42 II which I also have, most noticable towards the edges of the frame where the Olympus can get pretty ropey. The OIS stabilisation is very good making the video function on my E-P3 usable right across the range of focal lengths. It was utterly hopeless before (Remember to turn off the in camera stabilisation with Olympus. You can't use both at once.). Very good price. It's worth more.
Bad points:
A little heavy. A little bit longer than I'd like (it would be nicer if was even 10mm shorter). The zoom ring works in the opposite direction than I am used to. I suppose there's no wrong or right with that but it's a pain in the butt.
