Score 9.0/10
Good points:
excellent sound, range, size and weight, simple to use - being able to import phone books via bluetooth is a really helpful feature
Bad points:
to see if you have any answer phone messages or missed calls, you need to look at the handset, would have been better to have a display of somekind on the base unit

Score 3.0/10
Good points:
Reception at the base station - very good. The display screen very clear and names and nos. of callers very clear. 500 nos. in the memory. Just what we wanted.
Bad points:
On the second phone and the one mostly used because it is by the kitchen, we can barely hear the callers because reception is so bad. We think this is because we have two solid brick walls between the main 'phone (base station) and the secondary phone. People complain that it sounds as though the 'phone has not been charged up enough which is wrong because it sits on the charger permanently.
Unless people have flimsier partition walls than we have, a second 'phone is useless.
