Score 2.0/10
Good points:
Good price, 4GB memory, separate numeric key pad
Bad points:
I bought 2 of these PCs at the same time. They both crash constantly.
I used the 60 day free trial of Norton without any problems. I prefer Mcafee so when the first PC's trial of Norton ran out I uninstalled Norton and tried to load Mcafee. The download of Mcafee caused the PC to crash. I tried many things but could not get Mcafee installed, so relented and bought multi PC licence from Norton and had terrible problems getting it loaded. The Norton software would load but on rebooting the PC it crashed and needed to restore back to a previous backup version of the PC software. After about 2 weeks of constant installing and uninstalling I evenually got it to work. So with the second PC I didn't try to install Mcafee, I just tried to update Norton with the new licence version. Again after 2 weeks of the PC crashing on install I gave up. The second pc is now running with Microsoft's Security Essential (which is free).
These are the first Packard Bell computers I have ever bought (I usually use Dells which have all been trouble free), but will never buy another Packard Bell PC again!
