Good points:
It uses two languages (KEY STYLES) because my fiance is Estonian (i bought for her) and its handy to use the different styles of keys, super fast at starting up, runs multiple tasks very easy-we haven't managed to trip it up yet and we've been giving it a go! The webcam is an absolute dream, perfect picture everytime! Really quiet, you can hear the fan but not in a disturbing way, you have to be listening for it to hear it, Picture quality is amazing off course it HD, The mouse pad is really good to use, it has a little scroll pad at the side which is so much more handy than you'd think (lovin that!), Not complicated at all! for it being a lower end costing laptop, it really gives you all the perks of the expensive one's out there. Highly recommeded!
Bad points:
I would say the only bad was all the gumf i had to take off it at the start, you know those programs and shortcuts nobody really uses! The wireless signal seems to drop from the router now and again but that could be anything like my own router, it fixes itself really quicklythough! (not really a bad then!)

John, Brighton General home user

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Looks good, with a nice keyboard. Comes with photoshop elements pre-installed. Fast and easy to set up.
Bad points:
It makes a slight background noise like a quiet fan even when the fan's not on. I've been surprised and slightly disappointed by that. Also, the red panel to the front of the keyboard (where you rest the palm of your hand) is not particularly well fixed: it pops up and down very slightly while typing in a way that feels cheaply put together. A shame, really, because the rest of the machine feels well made.
