Good points:
it is really turning off and booting up every time u use it.
i have noticed the diference with the old DECT phones that i had. As they were 4 hand sets on 2 bases the radiomagnetic emission was enough to make my head heavy and feel tired at the end of the day.

the best feature and the most i have gained from this phone is that my head after only 1 week feels empty, light and my mood has changed. i feel the diference and i would definately recomended (as i do) to anyone to through away old Dect technology and either avoid in total or get the low radiation versions. Health is so important much more than any feature (that the device does lack any )
the battery life seems to last much more than other phones as they not transmitting all the time
the phone quality is really good when talking and the mic pics up the voice from a good distance (this is really good when u r busy with something else and u r using the loud speaker)
the ansering machine works fine and it has a lot , but alot of features.
there is also a baby mode (or elderly mode - i would renamed it as emergency calls instead) that a child just picks up the phones and the handset calls directly a pre specified number (this could be ideal for people like my grandmother that does not see very well and she needs to call us at night )
Bad points:
it does what all other phones do but the button configuration and ease of use is not so well designed. Talking about the design, they could do a bit for its looks. it looks abit old fashion, but then again this is a phone...is like a took not an ornament.
also when a caller calls the line the first beep of the caller does nt correspond to a ring of the phones as they need to boot up and this causes about a delay of 1-2 seconds. this is not a great deal of problem for me at least. what u gain (sleeping mode with no radiaton is muich more of what loose ...just the 1st ring). the same happens when u pick up the phone to dial a number. it takes 2-3 secs to give u a line. this could be confusing if u are an impatient person like me and u never read the screen that states waiting..... i have found my way around for this by dialing first the no and then open the line in the monitor (loud speaker) mode. this way i never seem to have any problem and i dont loose anytime. (again here i am insisting on te feature of low radiation that u gain for 2 secs that u loose booting up.... anyway if u need to make another call or a repeat call the phone does not sleep immediatately and once it is on (awake) there in no delay on giving a line or answering a call. it sleeps within 10-15 sec i think).
the desing seems a bit thick but that secures the robustness of the aparatus. this is important since my handset has fallen down quite badly and not even the call was interupted. Additionally the cradle keeps the phone ireally well n to position besides its ugly design and that is so important as my old slick nice phones where falling down from the cradle very easily just by shaking the table. Also the small cradles does not ensure good contact when charging the phone. the orchid always make a good contact although a bit ugly.
Generally this phone can be seen as professional TOOLS rather than slick slim device (used for ornamental purposes and not for what they are intented.
As about the loud speaker i would prefer if there was a way of making the volume a bit louder (it is already on the maximum but it is loud enough for me that i want to work and talk at the same time, making some noice)
i believe that this company does not advertse enough in other countries. if they did they would be selling like mad. (i had to pay a good deal of money to receive them over the post)
Also i d like to see the same technology on the wifi routers

Good points:
hmm... low radiation
Bad points:
Phone is very poor i have bought 6 different sets for different locations and they all have problems the lcd goes out at weird times and when you press the pick up phone button - wait... comes up on the display then after a while it returns to the welcome screen - usless! i have returned several sets to be 'fixed' (at my expense) and all they do is send out a supposedly tested replacement - which also does not work - very frustrating' i have tried the low radiation mode off and on etc etc etc
