Good points:
I purchased the phone to synchronise all my contacts and appointments. The SPVM700 came highly rated and I have have had very few problems with it. It does everything I need it to do, including a very useful Sat Nav system. All round great product. Fantastic battery life as well.
Bad points:
The main problem I have is buying accessories and add on software for it, there seems to be very little available, at present, that is compatible with this particular model.

Good points:
The SPV M700 is perfect for combining your phone with your pocket pc. I'm able to send emails, control computers, manage my network, watch videos, scan and save WiFi spots with their respective GPS coordinates. Play games better than does on more common devices. Operate Sat Nav, either with Orange's or with Tomtom navigator. This phone can do anything a computer can, if you locate and install the right software. A must have for any geeks.
Bad points:
On screen keyboard isn't so fantastic when try to write and walk/drive, definitely requires you to stand still to use. Also, the phone seems to prefer using GPRS over WiFi, so if your not careful, you may be using GPRS and paying for it, even though you have wireless braodband at home. A watchful eye prevents this though.

Bad points:
texting is a 2 hand job and difficult to do while walking due to lack of keypad. ring tones revert back 2 windows default all the time instead of staying on the tone ive chosen. it can be very slow at times.

Good points:
This looks smart, organises EVERYTHING for you. Notepad is really useful. Using wi-fi is great! Stylus looks fancy with white tip etc. The case it comes with. Love it.
Bad points:
Mine is the one without a physical keypad, so i suppose relying on the touch screen has been a little risky. I had to have it swapped once because something was leaking within the phone. Though i'm sure this is uncommmon. Not a great deal of built in memory, but memory cards are only cheap, so not a nightmare.
