Score 9.0/10
Good points:
I upgraded from an Olympus 1030 and the operation appears to be much easier now to use it underwater. You can switch from still to cine with one button (no need anymore to remember how many clicks of the function wheel). The menu is much more intuitive with regard to changing flash setting say. I have yet to use it underwater, but so far on dry land I am very pleased.
Bad points:
I have modified the wrist strap on both cameras by adding a cord ring - so that I can slip the strap over my wrist then use the cord ring to tighten it to my wrist. I was unhappy in taking the it below the waves without the assurance that I would not loose it down below. The weight has also gone up which I am not too happy with. I liked the idea of the previous model of having the photos recorded on the XD cards. This meant that your could buy new cards if you wanted to and use the old one to store images until you had time to archive them properly. Now you have to download them to say your hard disc on a regular basis. Not so secure if you were to get hard disc problems - and had not backed up recently. I can probably get used to the new way or working.

Good points:
Tough and slender.
Bad points:
Very heavy and slight delay when clicking the shutter for the picture to be taken so if you have something moving quite quickly, difficult to get a good picture.

Good points:
Easy to use from a kayak, like the shutter that helps stop water getting on the lens, good quality still pics and very easy to start the movie mode without going through the menu. Very solid build, overall great!

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Considering all its features, very easy to use and gives perfectly acceptable results everytime for a camera in this price range. Plenty of manual settings available but have found the fully-auto mode more than capable of doing the job. The camera is used on a daily basis in all weathers and I have absolutely no worries about it handling whatever I throw at it.
Bad points:
Only one criticism, its a bit too smooth and shiny! Hard to get a good grip when working in all weathers.

Confirmed purchaser Point & shoot

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
It's ability to withstand drops, sand and water makes it ideal for use with a toddler around, indeed my 2 year old son can use it himself! If you need it for these features its a good buy.
Bad points:
It is very slow to respond and not particularly easy to change the settings of 'scene' features to allow you to take the photos your way. If you need it as your main camera don't buy it. You can buy a much better and easier camera to use if you don't need it to be so robust.
