Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Size. Excellent range of features. Easy and intuitive operation. Almost faultless and quick autofocus. New 'gradation mode' makes a real difference to wide contrast ranges such as in landscapes. Noise levels are very low and subtle. Auto white ballance is excellent outdoors (not tested indoors yet). Improved processing makes for more saturated and natural colours. The vivid setting is only needed when conditions mean colours could do with a boost eg flat dull light. Nothing on the market can touch it at this price.
Bad points:
Small viewfinder, but you do get used to it. Diopter range too low. Very short-sighted users may need additional correction. LCD screen resolution could be better. Olympus tend towards a softer look to images, which is not to everyone's taste. Increasing sharpness by one step makes images look sharper with no aparent increase in noise or artifacts. Very susceptible to UV, so a 'haze filter' is a must. The omission of optical image stabalization may put some people off. All very minor gripes.

Excellent Camera, really good image quality and ease of use. In particular the compact size is a major advantage.
Bad points:
None really. Viewfinder is small. This can be a problem for specs wearers.
