Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Very good design, fits my DVD and video perfectly (glass shelves are the same size as the units)
Only 3 wires showing (Audio to amp, Ariral and power).
Very very stable
This is a quality stand so good that this is my second one, (wife has the first), looked after it should last for years
Bad points:
Could do with being a bit higher, there is a taller model but the TV support arms are also wider, these looked too wide for my 32 inch Panasonic (might be visible).
Cable management, its a bit difficult to get them all in, buy short cables with short or rightangle plugs especially the HDMI if your DVD unit has the socket within 2 inches of centre cos they're difficult to bend.

Good points:
cables all run to centre & down to floor level-sky box & dvd player on lower 2 shelves help to hide cables that run to electrical points & aerial inputs. Ergo, minimal ugly cabling
visually 'clean lines'
allowed tv to be set lower than with conventional table, thus reducing 'massing' of large [32"] tv
good installation instructions
Bad points:
none really, once you think through the routing of cables from sky & dvd boxes

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Looks good, cables are hidden from view with only power, aerial and audio (to HiFi) showing.
Quite easy to assemble once you sus that most of the bolts are not needed. (every possible size is supplied)
Adjustible position shelves are good, looks as though the units on them are suspended in the air though if you use both shelves only 2 positions (one for each) are really usable.
It is also very stable, somthing I was concerned about when I was purchasing it as most stands have a footprint as wide as the TV but no worries here as it's quite weighty.
Bad points:
White power cable would look better black.
The shelves fit a unit (DVD etc) well but not much space behind to bend the HDMI and SCART cables round to get them through the slot in the middle. The shelves could do with being an inch deeper.
Could do with a little more space for cable storage (buy the shortest needed to help with this!) I bought high quality cables which are thicker and stiffer than some others.

Good points:
Style and stability
Bad points:
Not really a bad point - but I found it easier to attach the thicker cables (ie: scart) by using longer cable ties that went around the inner pillar and cables.
