Good points:
Looked good and appears very comfortable. A solid cotbed that doesn't shake about.
Bad points:
Some problems with one of the cot fixing bolts where the thread was slightly damaged. This became apparent when adjusting the base height but was remedied.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
It is good value for money because it will last the children up until they are about 4 years old rather than with a cot about 2 years. It is easy to put together, plus as the children grow you can adjust the height of the base.

Helga, Aldershot Granny, actually super-granny!

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Not too easy to rate 'comfort' as have not slept in it myself! Obviously will depend on quality of mattress too. My quite small grandson, just three, who has Downs syndrome, managed to fall out of this cot last weekend. Not quite sure how, but maybe used some of the moulding on the end pieces to get a foot hold. Have only recently purchased this cot bed as read reviews which rated it as strong and substantial. Very easy to put together and nicely finished with good strong struts on the base.

Also known as: Obaby Beverley 3

Manufacturer's Description

The Obaby Beverley cot bed has a classic style. The Beverley cot bed has three mattress base heights, the top allowing your young baby to be taken in and out easily. As your child grows, learning to sit and stand, the mattress base can be lowered by two further positions to provide better security and reassurance.

Teething rails provide a protective cover to help protect your child’s delicate teeth and gums during teething.

The transition from cot to bed for any child can be daunting, but with an Obaby cot bed the disruption is minimal compared to the step to a full sized single bed. Conversion to a junior bed entails simply removing the sides and splitting the ends, to provide a bed which would be suitable for a child of up to 4 years of age.

Features:

  • Suitable from birth to approximately four years old
  • Three position mattress base height
  • Split end panels for easy conversion into a junior bed
  • Protective teething rails
  • Available in country pine and white
  • Mattress required 140 × 69cm
