Bad points:
heat came from floor, which meant difficulty to clean and fat could run down. Bought new oven and never experienced it on full oven as just turned on to pilot light. the people I lived with thought it flimsy design and didn't like the one oven and grill combo.

Mandy, Sheffield

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
The oven looks nice and the space within the oven itself is quite good, different size hobs a good feature.
Bad points:
The oven takes a long time to warm up and then to cook, need to allow extra time to ensure food is piping hot. The actual heat is mostly secured under a heat panel at the bottom of the oven, the grill provided seems not to conduct any heat at all. The hobs don't seem to adjust that much when you twist the knobs, it's either loads of heat or none at all.

Score 3.0/10
Good points:
The product is compact and fitted well within my small kitchen. It is easy to access, easy to clean and the hobs are very effective.
Bad points:
The cooker has two very annoying features that are not always apparent from the advertising material. The grill button has to be held in for an indeterminate age to keep it lit on starting (and the oven is only marginally better). Visitors have commented that their cookers have this feature, but nothing as lengthy or awkward as this one. One could go out, prepare and light a full bonfire in the time it takes to grill anything. The grill has no differing heats that are features of many cooker products. I would class this as "cheap and only slightly cheerful".

The grill knob has to be held in for well over a minute for the flame to stay on. The oven takes longer to cook certain foods than usual.
