Score 9.0/10
Good points:
I have a high-speed dedicated line, with static IP point etc. So....a complicated system, at least for me. Netgear Tech support really is 24/7 and very useful. I could not have set it up without their help.

Good design too. Functional out of the box. Honestly, if I can get this up and running, anyone can. Handles a 10Mb fibre line easily, giving a wireless speed on the iphone of 9.7mps.
Bad points:
Nothing. It does what it says it does and is worth the money.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Had a Vrigin Superhub whose Wifi performance lest something to be desired!! I had to use a mixture of Powerline and extenders to get Wifi round the house. They have all been put back into boxes thanks to the R6300!! Now wifi reaches all parts of the house and is blisteringly fast on the 5ghz band. Very easy set up and the Netgear Geine app is very useful. Overall this is a great product to supercharge your Wifi!
Bad points:
Price is a little on the high side.

Good points:
Amazingly easy to set up & with the Genie app it makes life looking after a lot easier too!
Had a standard default router with Fibre Optic broadband before but wireless was not fast and kept cutting out, so thought I'd go future proof and buy a top of the range Router & I can't believe the difference!
Before I was getting 16mps download on iPhone now it's 39mbps+
Highly Reccommened !

Jonathan, South West Not a lot

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
As a piece of performance hardware it is the best of its kind no question. The firmware is also surprisingly intuitive to use. Purchased it to provide a stronger signal through a large house and it does the job nicely.
Bad points:
Do not expect any of the main ISPs to be helpful if you struggle to set it up, they only have people with scripts who can walk you through their own hardware. Therefore you need to be semi-tech savvy to set it up yourself via MAC codes.

It is also very expensive for a router, so would only recommend it if you have a genuine need for the additional throughput and signal power as most main internet providers provide perfectly good routers for most houses.
