Good points:
The keyboard and Mouse are fine, bu tthe configuration is rubbish.
Bad points:
The keyboard and Mouse don't speak to teh pickup until the program is run, but the computer can't boot up before the keyboard is recognised. You have to have a direct keyboard plugged in to boot up and then it runs the program to work the stupid wireless one. I have five other keyboards that are recognised by the dongle or pickup, but this one has to see the keyboard!

Carol, Hampshire

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
Its stylish and sleek and works well with PC, good value for money
Bad points:
the letters on the keyboard are already fading and it is the reason I had to buy a new keyboard in the first place. This is the third one I have had and overall I like Microsoft products but someone needs to think how to make sure the letters on the keyboard do not fade. I am a touch typist so no problem, but a member of my family wanted to type a letter and she has to rely on looking at key first - but within one month the keys are fading.
