Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Less blue screen of deaths, nice to work with easier than previous windows, a bit faster, so simple to get on line for the first time,You do loose programs on the desktop occasionally ,or they decide to move somewhere else they are problems that can be sorted out but annoying when it happens, start up is vastly improved, don't try to compare windows 7 with xp or vista, its new begin from the beginning as if you've never used windows before , and you'll enjoy the experience far more The family pack is very good value for money. sit back relax and enjoy the experience
Bad points:
nothing worth a note about, everyone will find something that annoys them ,from there past windows , read report above enjoy

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Feature packed & easy to use
Bad points:
It was not made clear that XP need not be removed before installation. It should have been possible just to put XP disc & serial # in for eligibility verification, instead of having to re-install XP again before Windows 7.
