Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Having been a beta tester for a year without problems I purchased the full version because of it's reliability over Vista and XP.
Bad points:
Have not found any. Even some of my old programs from XP that would not work with Vista work fine under Windows 7.

Good points:
I installed the 64 version & my machine now works much faster & smoother than XP 32 I upgraded from. Well worth the upgrade.
Bad points:
Time it takes to perform the upgrade & reinstall your programs. Some of my old programs have to run in XP mode.

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Faster start-up time than Vista Ultimate and I love the ability to install a Virtual PC and 32 Bit products that don't run in 64 Bit. Also Windows 7 support will continue well beyond Vista's. I dislike
Windows 8 so much that I was prepared to pay 3 times as much for Windows 7!
Bad points:
Internet Explorer version IE10 replaces Vista's IE9 which is good, but IE10 keeps crashing which is very annoying and I don't know what is causing this.
