Brian,

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
It was a good price.
Bad points:
Can be tricky to set up.I had to contact microsoft as the Upgrade didn't work automatically as stated,I had to get the key code verified by phone first.Thats not good. The call cost me just short of £2.00.This is more a Microsoft issue and they need to re-look at this auto-upgrade feature to make sure it does what it says its supposed to do.

Score 2.0/10
Good points:
Did a few things it was supposed to do.
Bad points:
Failed to ensure backward compatibility on software for printer/scanner (from the same maker of the PC). Backward compatibility was the sole purpose of buying the upgrade.
Gave error messages during the set-up that were lies....cause a lot of wasted time phoning numbers. The solution.....restart the computer....typical Microsoft crap.
