Very clear interface for sending, receiving and filing emails. Using attachments is a breeze. Extremely easy to send to multiple people or lists using To / CC and BCC. Supports multiple mail accounts well and you can quickly swap between them when reading or sending mails.

Bad points:
It doesn't do Group Mailing and Group Categorising as it says clearly on the box. There are "buttons" to press but they don't work. Therefore the statement in the promotional literature is a lie, and could lead to a charge of fraud, or at least a prosecution by Trading Standards. However there is no chance of going against Microsoft. I have emailed them but of course they won't do anything.
