Good points:
* The clip is very useful - ideal for clipping to T-shirt in the gym
* Good sound quality.
* A variety of graphic equalisation presets
* Easy to recharge through USB port on computer. And it comes supplied with a short USB cable, which is much better than a longer one.
* Seems to be well-built. I've had it a week and managed to drop it a couple of times already with no ill-effects (the mp3, not me)
* Great for using as an aid for falling asleep with (although see caveat below)
* Although it is just a piece of plastic I really like it!
Bad points:
* The lack of display is, for me, the main negative for this item. I would like to be able to see: battery life, graphic equaliser, and shuffle/repeat play indicators; however the mp3 player cannot show me any of these. However I can't really complain as I knew it had no display from the outset.
* A blue LED flashes when the player is in play mode. Not a issue ordinarily, but at night when I am using it to play pink noise to fall asleep with, the flashing can be mildly intrusive. The strange thing is when the player is paused the LED glows constantly - it's almost as though it's the wrong way around.

Good points:
Good size, good clip on back, sound quality fine.
Bad points:
Have had two of these - the first one went back to the top of the list every time it was turned off. The second one had a control wheel and button that didn't work at all - couldn't go to next track or alter volume or even turn the unit off! Sent it back in its envelope still playing, poor thing...

Good points:
It's neat, and weighs almost nothing. Perfect for clipping to my collar for use in the office. Delivers enough good sound to make the noise in the office fade away from my conciousness!
Bad points:
The shuffle and repeat functions are handy but I can't tell when they are on or off.

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Battery seems to last forever because it maintains its charge during the time that I have it connected to my computer for file updating. Ultra light and ultra small.
Bad points:
No display means it is easy to get lost if you do now know the order of the tracks. I use the player for jogging and one of the ear buds has loose internals that rattle when I run so I am going to have to get another pair.
