rob, leicestershire average computer knowledge bloke

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
the number of possible wireless hook-ups - very good
Bad points:
instructions for the setting up of the wireless connections - very, very poor. setting up an ethernet connection to a pc was no problem, but setting up a wireless one was horrendous - had to phone cisco/linksys helpline who were very helpful.

need to improve instructions and troubleshooting in both the hard copy and disk!

Barry, Stockton-on-Tees Unpaid Office Manager!

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
All the work involved, on the day, centred around getting cabling from 3 computers to the office where the router/modem was going to replace a usb modem. Once that had been done, we plugged and went! No problem. It has worked fine ever since.
Bad points:
Perhaps a plastic cradle to mount it free standing but upright?
