Good points:
looks smart
Bad points:
I got so far in the setup but then I think I put in the wrong data at some point and I was unable to go back and start from scratch. I just kept getting the message to contact my ISP provider to get some technical data. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable about computers but this had me stuck. I exchanged for a Belkin and found it much easier to set up as I could go back and start again if it did not like anything eg user name - should it be the whole email address or just the first part. Trial and error allowed me to get it set up, and it is working perfectly.

Good points:
Look okay. Easy to take back to shop.
Bad points:
Speed is limited to 65Mbps - not full WirelessN speed. Linksys support over the phone is 1) expensive 2) useless. I work in IT and I didn't apreciate being treated like I was an idiot by an 16 year old American brat. The product itself is lacking features that even stock models from SKY have. - Returned to the shop and exchanged it for the Netgear N300 - Which is much better

Duncan, Newcastle and I'm a techy!

Score 3.0/10
Good points:
Erm. It's cheaper than some of the competition and it looks ok. It actually held the adsl connection without any drops too, although at a slightly lower sync than the netgear dgn2000 it replaced.
Bad points:
Wifi dropped out several times and hour, and for some reason I found it impossible to get on FB chat / msn or similar using a wired or wireless connection. Linksys support could only offer re-flashing the firmware (to the same version I'd already flashed it to) as a solution.

User interface has some manor features missing: there are no options to see adsl stats beyond speed (no noise margin or attenuation stats) and you can't perform a soft restart (actually you can, and get the adsl stats using hidden pages but these should be accessible without having to remember shortcut commands, and linksys support should definitely know about them which my rep didn't). Lastly - remote management if accessed via dns name rathe than ip insists on redirecting to the LAN ip address, pretty useless when you're managing remotely IMO!
