Score 9.0/10
Good points:
The phone is very easy to use with a modern, slim design. The navigation is simple and the phone can store your contacts from social networking sites in the contacts list. For the price, I have found the phone to be excellent value for money, especially as I am a "phone snob" - i.e. in the past, I would only have used either Samsung or Sony Ericsson phones and would never have dreamt of using an LG.
Bad points:
The battery runs down very quickly, especially if you do not turn off the background data sync. This can also cause the phone to use up any data allowances you may have, as the phone is constantly downloading data unless this feature is disabled. The memory is not very big, so I suggest you purchase a memory card if you wish to download a lot of app's to this phone.

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Good e-mail and web browsing. Lots of facilities and intuitive in use. A good virtual keyboard but needs time to be fully conversant with it.
Bad points:
Battery life is poor when running all the applications. It would be better if a stylus was provided as standard. The LG website is not user friendly and upgrading of software etc. a bit of a fiddle. Some experience is needed.

Ellis, York gadget lover

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
The mobile is nice looking and very light. Comes with a charger and earphones. The earphones can be used as a hands free as you can press a button on the unit to accept calls which is nice if you don't want to be bothered with bluetooth etc. Comes with google maps, and a free download gets full satalite navigation.
Bad points:
The user guide that comes with it is next to useless. Touch sensitive screen is very sensitive, so much so that I have to use a stylus to use it. Disappointed that all the apps have to be downloaded straight to the phone rather than to a pc and loaded later. The battery is good for about 2 days but this drains very quickly if any apps are used, especially wi fi and gps.
Needed to download an app killer as finishing with an app doesn't stop it, it's still running in the background draining battery, a fault with all android phones I think.

Ian, Roe Style and looks come first

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
Nice big screen, loads of pre-installed app's and via internet access to thousands more. A good starter 'smartphone' with facebook/twitter social networking app's pre-installed - overall worth the money
Bad points:
Terrible touch screen, tiny keyboard. The battery life is appalling, even from new - mine lasts less than 24 hours from fully charged. Low level of installed RAM means it is unable to play large video/audio files without buffering them. Okay if you have fingers like matchsticks!!
