Good points:
love the qwerty key board, much quicker for texting and very clearly marked on this phone. The larger screen makes the menu also easier to see. i really love this phone and lots of people have commented on it, looks very sophisticated and has been mistaken for a blackberry, yet it's all I need - with added style that is.

can't really fault this phone !

deleting function each email and text has to be individually deleted no option to delete all so abit time consuming if you recieve tons of messages

Looks great. Keypad easy to use. Quirky optional home screen graphics are fun.
Bad points:
No memory so unable to take pics etc. Need to factor cost of purchasing addiitonal memory when u buy.
