Good points:
Fast wash option, tune lets you know programme has finished ,easy programme select. Quick to unlock door when finished large wash capacity.
Very quiet. Can use an app to diagnose problems or download additional programmes but I have yet to do that.
Bad points:
Dryer doesn't do a cool down at the end of the dry cycle so clothes come out hot and at times with damp patches.
No spin only cycle but it does have a 2 rinses and a spin cycle .Long cycle times.

Score 1.0/10
Good points:
It looks impressive.
Bad points:
Load frequently goes out of balance, a puzzle when taken round to my Daughters washer, which cost a third of the price, the load spins perfectly. The dryer takes an age especially on towels. High spin speeds crease clothes excessively. The layout of the detergent drawer makes pouring the fabric conditioner awkward. The delay timer has a minimum three hour delay, most washers start at one hour. This machine is very poor value for money, better washer/dryers are on the market costing a lot less.

Duncan,

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
Its easy to use and has lots of cycles and looks great and has a massive drum. Our family of 5 had a weeks holiday and we washed all our clothes in 2 cycles in 3 hours...
Bad points:
It's way over priced. Clothes more creased than ever after a drying cycle even though it claimed to reduced creases - this is not true. When child lock is on the on off button is still active so with 3 kids under 3 in the house, they find it amusing to turn the machine off half way through a cycle - infuriating. You'll be better buying a machine at half the price.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Looks sleek and sophisticated and modern. The screen displays useful information such as current phase of the cycle and time remaining. The machine Washes clothes beautifully and dries them properly. The clothes come out feeling a lot softer than our previous machine. There are lots of different cycles to choose from and has a massive 12kg capacity for washing and a 8kg capacity for drying.
Bad points:
The funny tune it plays when the machine has finished it's cycle lol

Manufacturer's Description

Make laundry days one less chore to worry about, with the LG F1695RDH TrueSteam Washer Dryer. Featuring a massive 12kg wash capacity and an equally impressive 8 kg drying capacity, simply load up your dirty garments and clothing, select your favoured programme and relax – the F1695RDH takes care of the rest.

Making it easy

With a huge 12 kg washing load capacity, the F1695RDH is ideal for busy households as it allows you to cut down on the amount of cycles you have to run. With no need to swap out wet clothing and transfer it to a separate dryer as well, you’ll be saving so much time that you may have to invest in a new hobby!

With 14 different programmes that are targeted to deal with specific wash types, it doesn’t matter what you need to clean as there’s always a suitable cycle for your needs. Synthetics and sportswear, delicates and duvets – they’re all catered for and will leave the F1695RDH looking fresh and pristine.

When you want to treat clothes to that little bit extra, LG’s Truesteam technology enables your garments to be treated with real steam, ensuring that all dirt and odours are removed.

In conjuncture with the allergy care setting, you can ensure that even the most sensitive members of your household will encounter no problems, as up to 99.98% of allergens will be removed. In addition, it helps cut down on wrinkles, so your clothes will be easier to manage.

Clever technology

Technologically advanced, the F1695RDH Washer Dryer uses LG’s 6 Motion Direct Drive motor. Utilising 6 specialised motions, you can be confident that your washing is in for a thorough clean when even the movement of the drum is designed to get in on the action.

Starting with a Standard tumble, the F1695RDH also allows for the following motions; Silent wash, Perfect spray, Intensive wash, Wrinkle care and Delicates. These can either be run as a single cycle or even used in combinations together, depending on which programme has been selected.

The direct drive motor also means that belt and pully technology has been done away with, instead connecting the motor directly up to the drum. With fewer parts being used, energy efficiency is increased and there is less chance of things breaking. To reflect this, a 10-year warranty is provided for the Direct Drive motor, giving you supreme peace of mind.

Drying is taken care via 4 different drying temperatures – which are again customisable to suit your requirements. Reverse tumbling ensures that when drying, your clothes don’t all stick together and since the F1695RDH uses a condenser system, there is no need for venting.

Simple to use

Controlling the entire process is simple due to a LCD touchscreen, which gives you full control, allowing you to select the programmes and settings you want with ease, whilst also providing easy to understand feedback on what the machine is up to.

With an ‘A’ energy efficiency rating and with a fantastic combination of clever technology, smart software and user friendly options, the F1695RDH does its bit to save you time, money and energy.

Keep on top of your household’s laundry and enjoy some extra free time by making use of the LG F1695RDH TrueSteam Washer Dryer.
