The size and ease of use is great. The quality when using a PS3 is brilliant. The fact that you can switch it off with a button instead of it always being on standby is a bonus.
Bad points:
A bit hard to get to the ports at the back.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Overall excellent value for money. I'm not technically oriented but found the system extremely easy to setup. The sound is very loud. I have it set on only 4 and have not been brave enough to turn it up to full to see how loud it goes. I don't know if that good or bad? The energy save button is an excellent idea and for most programmes it can be set to medium, and screen off when listening to radio, brill.
The stand rotates slightly more than others I have seen which is useful when needing to turn the screen to suit different viewing angles.
The menu and apps are very well set out and easy to use with a comprehensive help section which is also easy to navigate.
Bad points:
The remote control is generally well set out but the programme guide and info buttons are very small and hidden at the bottom, my friend with long nails does have a little trouble with them.
The large LG logo at bottom centre of the screen was a bit destracting to start with, could be better placed to one corner and smaller.

TV Buyers Guide

Manufacturer's Description

LG 32LH2000 32" HD Ready LCD TV

The LH2000 is an HD Ready LCD TV with a sleek design, Twin XD Engine, 24p Real Cinema, Invisible Speakers with SRS TruSurround XT, as well as AV Modes for Cinema, Sports, and Games in short, everything you need to bring the HD experience home.

Customized modes for the content of your choice

LG TVs have three special modes (Cinema, Sport and Game modes) for enhanced picture and audio quality. These are easily accessible using the AV MODE hot key on the remote control.

The picture quality adjust system developed by the foremost experts in picture quality.

You’re the expert when it comes to adjusting the picture quality of your LG TV. The picture quality control guide program installed in LG LCD TV allows you to easily control the picture quality in following the adjust guide developed by visual specialists.

The power to control only the volume of voices

Sometimes when watching films it is difficult to hear voices over the background sound of their environment. The clear voice feature adjusts the sound balance to emphasise voices and reduce background noise.

Great sound is meant to be heard, not seen!

The front bezel works as a speaker, replacing the normal speaker grill. With the Invisible Speaker System, the speakers are embedded in strategic spots underneath and around the front bezel. They enhance the audio by increasing the ‘sweet spot’ to give a wider and richer sound field.

A Big Screen TV that Delivers Big Savings

The Backlight control function controls the brightness of the TV, while the Screen Off function lets you switch off the screen while keeping the sound alive. Stand by Mode 0 function sets your TV to a power saving mode where zero electricity is used. Added to these 3 basic power saving functions is the Intelligent Sensor function that controls automatically the brightness and the colour of the picture in accordance with the brightness and the colour of the viewing area. These are just some of the reasons why the majority of LG TVs have been certified by the Energy Saving Trust to save you money off your electricity bills.
