Good points:
Fast computer, great screen. Keyboard good. Great all round computer.
Bad points:
Lack of instructions. Although most things self explanatory. Great disadvantage is no instruction on how to get 3D camera up and running. No software provided and no instructions where to get it from. After four weeks still trying to find software for it.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
I can do my artwork on this computer really easily.
It's great for being fast.
Bad points:
It can get very warm on the screen, when not turned off after a while.

Mouse that came with the computer was really bad, didn't work properly but the keyboard is still lasting, even if it is a small one.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Seemed to be a higher spec machine than others in the same price bracket. Not too much 'bloatware'. Sturdy solid build, and a good sized responsive touch screen.
Bad points:
The speakers are poor, and the bundled keyboard and mouse leaves a lot to be desired.

Paul, Bournemouth Business user

Score 3.0/10
Good points:
good size screen, fast,
Bad points:
first one would not connect to internet, ended up using USB internet adaptor, after reset and all the pain of restoring some software still not working so duly exchanged .2nd one found out after a fortnight that mic didn't work when tried to make a Skype call, after all sorts of options the only viable seemed another reset so settled for no mic. Now the day before the warranty expires the touchscreen is not working so guess what ? It takes about three days to set up my computer with software etc so any reset needs planning so I guess I'll live without the touch screen making the whole thing very poor value for money
