Good points:
It may be old technology but cathode ray tube TV still oustrips LCD TV at refresh rate making it much better for watching screens with a lot of quick changing action like FOOTBALL. This the biggest CRT screen available, JVC is a rspected brand, the technology is time proven and it is so cheap. You won't believe you can get such a good telly for this price.
Bad points:
The only draw back is size, it is heavy and about 2 ft deep so could be a problem in some living rooms. It doesn't have Feeview built in so you need a separate Freeview box

Good points:
It is a good TV for an emergency. Quick and cheap, if your current TV breaks.
Bad points:
In this day and age, I do expect all TV's designed for the livivg area to be 5.1 surround. Although it did not specify when I purchased it. Its like buttons on a telephone, you just expect them.

Good points:
Cheap, good image quality, extremely good sound and good value for money.
Bad points:
The stand is not very good quality. Also the picture on default settings is dark. You have to increase brightness and contrast values to optimise.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Value for money.
Good look
Different zoom modes. ( Since widescreen stretches the image, different zoom can be used to correct it)
Bad points:
Only two sound mode with no much difference. i.e Hyper sound ON and OFF.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
The price is amazing considering that you get a full 32in flat wide screen TV plus stand that just a couple of years ago was the bees knees.
Great picture especially from a digital box input and it has lots of variable picture settings. Better than an LCD TV for watching normal digital broadcasts and dvd's as there's no pixalating or dark areas.
3 Scarts and other inputs.
Bad points:
Non for me. But size and weight might put some off if that is important.
