Good points:
Very easy to clean
Sturdy, not flimsy, design
Crushes whole cardamom pods, for me worth buying alone.
If you;re crushing loads of stuff, you'll develop a shapely forearm!
Better than a pestle and mortar
Bad points:
A bit small, so if you're making salsa, will require you to make several batches, nevertheless, enough for the kitchen cook.

If crushing seeds/pods, you need to do these in teeny batches otherwise you'll be shaking forever.

Not tried nuts yet, but I don't doubt it can handle it....
