Score 10.0/10
Good points:
-Great performance, blows AMD out of the water.
-Overclocked to 4.3Ghz using a TX3 cooler.
Bad points:
-Why bother including a stock cooler with the unlocked CPUs? It only adds the the cost and weight when most people buying these will be purchasing a cooler that's at least slightly better.

Tom, Coventry Computer repair technician

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Stock cooler worked very well even with slight (10%) overclock. Any more (which I did) then an aftermarket is necessary (I'm using a CoolerMaster Seidon liquid cooler and it's working below 45*c under normal use.
As for speed, this is a great processor, (regardless from my extremely high tolerance as a technician!) but really, hooked up to an SSD, 8gigs of RAM, even without a graphics card, gaming is handled brilliantly through this processor.
Bad points:
Thermal paste on the stock cooler is pants! I only know this because I saw it when I removed it to put my watercooler in - it had bubbled up and there was barely any on it - mostly metal-metal surface. Definitely recommend better compound or even better an aftermarket cooler to go with this processor.
