Good points:
havent looked at handbook yet to see how it works properly but have managed to figure out how to operate answerphone and get messages etc. just moved so not high on priority list but would reccommend ring tone could be louder. again may be able to adjust . easy to hold and easy bottons to use and dont turn off easily when attached to your ear!.

Confirmed purchase: 14 Apr 2010

Confirmed purchaser Basic home user

Score 3.0/10
Good points:
The phones and base station look quite nice.
Bad points:
The key labelling is difficult to read (and not illuminated). There is no way to share phonebook information among the phones. The call log and answering machine records do not show time/date information. Phonebook name entries accept too few characters and the phonebook cannot be edited other than by deleting back to the error.

Our phones did not ring reliably and cut out during calls, even close to the base station, so we returned them and bought a set of Philips phones, which seem much better.
