Teresa, Castleford, Yorkshire Basic text and chat user

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Easy to use, clear screen, big screen good for bad eyesight, plenty free apps available, like the feel of the aluminum casing, battery good when basic use, liked the idea of talk text due to vision problems, good when works, can be fun also. Only have phone about a month so still experimenting, but I do like it so far.
Bad points:
The more u have on phone the shorter the battery, camera ok but not a lot of options apart from colour changing, I had a nokia 5530 prior and was used to more options, have problems with some changes compared to nokia which was a lot clearer especially texting HTC keeps ur chat as conversation which in a way is good but when comes to deleting u have 2 delete all or slowly delete individual bubbles, on the nokia I could select as many texts as wanted to delete at once and leave the ones I wanted 2 keep, text speech only works when have internet connected, but I don't want 2 leave on all the time as we have young children visiting and they have been known to go onto the internet by mistake when playing with our phones, which can be costly.

lisa, nuneaton Basic text and chat user

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Luv it, its like having a mini pc at my fingers, took a bit of working out how to use all the features, but once I had it all worked out its great, full internet use, emailing, great easy to read messaging, links to Xbox live account, plus lots of great apps to add, I would definitely recommend and buy a HTC phone.
Bad points:
The instruction booklet could be more detailed and as expected the battery needs charging twice a week when the internet is used.

Michael, Dorchester Missing my BlackBerry

Score 3.0/10
Good points:
Attractive design, high quality metal body and strong glass.
Bad points:
Everything apart from the build quality is a terrible disappointment. Difficult set up, counter-intuitive to use, fiddly keyboard, unpredictable touch sensitivity, poor mobile reception, no UMA, Zune and Bing are almost unusable...I miss my old Blackberry so much.
