Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Amazing screen, easy to use, Android 4.0, very very fast, beatsaudio intergration, great camera, light and thin.
Have had 2 previous HTC phones and this one is in a class of its own.
Bad points:
Not being able to replace the battery and no micro sd card slot is a big pain, but as I got it on a 12 month contract and have 25Gb storage with Dropbox these aren't to much of an issue.

Andrew, Edinburgh Business or web user

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Excellent design (other than the point i make in my bad points). Thin, ergonomic. Smooth, tough feeling. Brilliant quality full HD screen.
Takes top quality photos and videos.
Fast internet browsing and downloading.
Vast array of customisable interfaces with widgets, apps, shortcuts and all sorts.
Bad points:
Usual - Battery Life. But with a recent system update you now have a full-time option in the pull-down menu for a power-saver mode. Which does actually work really well.
An annoying design flaw for me is that the camera lens protrudes from the body. Which means if you sit it down on a hard surface, you are actually sitting the phone down on the glass lens. Which makes it very easy to scratch it. But get a fitted case - problem solved.
