Good points:
Good for old and disabled as it recognises hand writing on the screen.
Bad points:
Keyboard and mouse are wired. The user cannot sit back and type. The CD/DVD drive is difficult to open. Needs pressing three or four times before it releses. Noticed a few software errors in the first 24 hours that couldnot be put right and had to be returned.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
large monitor, small base unit and good keyboard. What i like most of all is the section to insert your memory cards, no more trying to find the the leeds to connect to your computer just downloads them straight away.
Bad points:
Didn,t like the printer which came with it: cartridges are expensive and have hardly any ink in them.

Jack, Northampton Business user

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Very easy to set up both as free standing and part of an existing home network. Responsive. Easy to add existing programmes. Useful to be able to stow the keyboard under the unit. Would be better supplied with a wireless mouse. built in webcam is useful. Touchscreen takes some practice to use efficiently. Generally very pleased with the product.
Bad points:
Access DVD drive can be awkward and limits where the computer can be located. Needs access to the right side for this and two of the USB sockets. Needs access to left side for multicard reader.

Good points:
Have had the HP touchsmart for over a month and really impressed with the all in one PC. I wasnt sure about not going for another laptop but pleased I did now. Its quick, ample storage and easy to use.
Bad points:
the touchscreen can be a little frustating, not quite like using my touchscreen phone but nothing drastic.
