Danniella, Norwich Music, gaming or video fan

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
-Such fast start up
-Super light and easy to manover
-Tablet mode (even though hardly used) is always there as an option rather than just a full blown laptop
-light up keyboard is pretty beautiful on a dark night
-the volume can be controlled using a button on the side of the keyboard which is handy if your watching something in full screen.
-the screen itself it's pretty durable. Tad reflective but with it being touch screen, it's got a good tone and look sharp.
Bad points:
-battery life really isn't ten hours. It's about six. But it doesn't take too long to charge up.
-shame it only come in a tacky gold colour.
-tablet mode is super sensitive and I find myself pressing the wrong thing a lot.

Manufacturer's Description

Enjoy innovative everyday computing with the HP Pavilion x360 13.3” 2 in 1.

2 in 1 convenience

The Pavilion x360 is the ideal PC for all your daily activities. From typing documents and playing games to shopping online and streaming media, you can do it all from one versatile device.

Switching between tablet and laptop mode is easy; simply rotate the screen around the 360-degree hinge. There are also several intermediary positions that include a handy mode for comfortable touchscreen browsing and another for optimal on-the-move media viewing.

Windows 8.1

The Pavilion x360 comes with a full version of Windows 8.1. Optimised for touch, it puts your favourite apps and programs at your finger tips.

Simply touch a program tile to open it and move around using taps, swipes and pinches. It only takes a moment to pick up and is already second nature if you own a smartphone.

While the familiar start button and traditional desktop remain, the Start Screen now features live tiles. These handy squares show live updates, messages and notifications for all your most used content, including social media, emails, news and more.

There are plenty more functional updates throughout Windows 8.1, including adjustable four-way multitasking and a completely reworked search bar; simply start typing to search your computer, apps, the Cloud and web.

Powerful computing

The Pavilion x360 is powered by an Intel® Core™ i3-4030U processor that delivers reliable and efficient computing throughout all you everyday tasks.

Multitasking is aided by 4 GB of RAM, so whether you’re working between several documents or browsing, chatting and streaming at once, you can expect a smooth performance that won’t let you down.

Secure storage

A 1 TB hard drive provides plenty of storage for documents, photos, media and more. Backing up is simple thanks to Windows 8 Cloud connectivity, a memory card reader and USB 3.0.

With far faster data transfer speeds than previous generations, USB 3.0 makes light work of backing up even the largest files to external storage.

Convenient connectivity

Getting online is simple with built-in WiFi while integrated Bluetooth makes connecting to compatible speakers, headphones and more simple.

Work when you have to and play when you want with the HP Pavilion x360 13.3” 2 in 1.
