Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Easy to set up
12 Month Warranty
Found my Wi-Fi connection instantly
Windows 7
To date - no issues whatsoever. So very reliable.
Runs both 3D and 2D graphics packages with ease as well as hi resolution video and Blu-Ray's so quite powerful.
INCREDIBLE value for money!
Bad points:
Would have been nice to either have a slightly longer extension on the 3 month Norton Internet Security or another piece of software included.
I've since found out from an in-store technician, that as it's a slimline, it will be very difficult to upgrade in the future. There's no power ports on the motherboard to install extra hard drives etc and my graphics accelerator I was told is a smaller than usual model and are quite difficult to get hold of and upgrade.

Good points:
Very easy to set up, literally plug and play. Intuitive and straight forward to configure. I'm very impressed with the ease of getting online and updating software on setup.
Bad points:
Very daunting at first glance with minimal paperwork and no discs supplied. But once you have the confidence to connect your peripherals and switch on, it does almost everything for you, and prompts you when there is an option.

Heather, Ayrshire General user

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Slimline unit is very neat and quiet. Very easy to set up and connected to the internet immediately using the built in wifi before I connected the ethernet cable. Keyboard and mouse that came with the package are great and the usb controller for them is plugged in behind my monitor screen instead of using up one of the usb ports on the tower. Windows 7 seems easy to get to grips with and so far I like it . Everything I have used so far ie camera memory card , headset etc has worked with windows and been automatically loaded by windows 7 however i had to go to Logitech to get updated drivers for the webcam.
Bad points:
Not keen on the Norton anti virus package that it comes loaded with so I removed that. Would have liked Microsoft Office included. Would also have liked a dvi-d lead to connect to monitor to be provided with the computer as the adaptor provided to use the existing vga lead that i have sticks out too far from the back of the tower.
