Good points:
Talking hardware theis PC is fast - quiet and has several good features.
Bad points:
My main complaints are all software complaints.

The original factory set up hadn't been completed (there was instantly a error message saying that the Microsoft C+ hadn't been properly/completely installed (or something like that).

The HP programs often hadn't been tailored to a 64 bit PC - I still don't have the proper drivers for my new HP Officejet 6500 printer - HP say they'll will get back to me when (if?) they release 64 bit versions.

Having ascertained that the brand of graphics card on this computer supported dual monitors from the graphics card manufacture I found that the one supplied was a cut down version without that capability.

The HP program that gives pop up reminders would pop up and freeze the computer and give no information about anything - I found from the HP forum that it is common practise to uninstall all of this stuff. I now have finally got things as I want them with lots of searching for answers and buying another graphics card but I think all can agree this is not what one should expect from a new computer.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Slim case and very light. and virtually all wireless.. wireless internet, keyboard and mouse..
Runs smoothly and without any slowdown at all so far. Quad core processor proving its worth.
Plenty of RAM and hard disk space for any average user and price is very well worth considering it for even without monitor.
TV.... Is the best softtware side of the computer... Has sky tv sliverlight already installed into media player so if you have sky you can use it to view sky player with hundreds of prgrammes and films archived for on demand viewing and also has built in tv tuner so in effect this is a great entertainment computer!!
Bad points:
Sound card and graphics cards are low level. If you want to use this computer for anything more than basic things (as in, if you plan to do high end editing etc then its virtually useless because for example, the sound card is integrated and doesn't support adobe premier fully and crashes the software and computer when used) like watching TV and blu rays etc and some games...
Slim case design. Is both a good and bad point. Its bad because it makes upgrading very difficult as many products will not fit the slots so you would in effect have to buy a new case and re-organise all the hardware into a new computer to upgrade anything like graphics cards and sound cards...
No monitor... so take this into account when budgetting...
