Score 8.0/10
Good points:
excellent performance; small and very quiet; good mix of quality components - great CPU, fast + huge enough HD, BD ROM, large screen, plenty of additional bits and slots;
Bad points:
Cover of BD Player not perfectly designed, used material is a bit 'cheap' - makes havy noise after inserting disc; documentation doesn't have visual of back so finding things might be tricky; shipped software not really obvious, needs exploring too much; no back-up discs for OS;

Adele, London General user

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Excellent PC
Bad points:
When connecting montior to base unit, PC world supplied usual monitor 15 pin connection lead.

As I found out a week and a half later, (after sending PC back to them and receiving a second PC) this connection on the base unit was not live to use.

I had to go to a PC World store for an LCD adpater, of which I did not pay for, as they could see from my records that I have not been able to use it.

I advise PC World to make sure that either all connections are live to use, or they you supply the correct cable/lead so customers can get to enjoy their purchase as soon as they receive it.

If cusotmers have any doubt, take it to your nearest store.

Thank You
