Was sent a first machine that wouldn't work (no power to the mother board) - sent it back and received a replacement that worked but was not sent with the advertised wireless mouse and keyboard.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Quick to set up, Internet as good as Virgin allows it to be, if and when it is working, A great improvement on my old PC , but that was over six years old and he been WELL used. Overall very pleased with the HP and would recommend the Refurbished units to anyone, as they are very competative on price.
Bad points:
Nothing that any retailer could do anything about. Just some of the software is a bit old hat and the permanent efforts to try and get you to buy or subscribe to software or the like is getting very boring.

Geoff, General user

Score 6.0/10
Good points:
The power for money is pretty good, nice compact case and runs very quietly.
Bad points:
No drivers for the TV card are supplied, you have to find them on the HP website using the model number, which can only be found from the Device manager or my opening up the case.
As usual and like most machines it comes with a huge amount of demos, trials, pointless utilities and other shovelware taking up disc space or memory by running in the system tray. I wiped the disc and did a clean install, not an option for everyone.
