The computer itself is amazing so clear and easy to use had to buy my own hd cable but for £10 can't complain. Easy to store and really slick looking an quick to start up
Bad points:
Maybe giving the option of having Microsoft added automatically on the system

Good points:
Generally excellent, very quiet, very good spec.
Bad points:
Had initial problems with the wifi (wireless mouse and keyboard), but found out how to fix this. Occasionally have intermittent wireless connection, but I reconnect the connections then reset them using the recommended procedures (found pretty easily on the web or HP website, I think)

Good points:
Easy to set up and transfer files, guided through very quickly and in action much earlier than anticipated..
Reasonable software bundle.
Bad points:
Not too easy finding right point for wireless keyboard which ensures that every keystroke is transmitted.
The Disc tray opening is difficult to close because cover is over button.

Richard, Porthmadog General user

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
It does what it says on the box.
Bad points:
Cannot really blame the pc, but some of my software would not run on 64-bit Win 7
A bit irritating to be pointed towards Driver Detective for updated drivers, and then invited to subscribe by paying lots of money,
Never could get it to backup using recommended default settings - suspect that has something to do with the Recovery partition being too full for comfort.
Ambiguous about need to retain Recovery partition - deleting it might well resolve the backup probem, but at what implied risk?
There are really Microsoft quibbles - the machine itself works fine.
