Good points:
I bought it for the size of the screen as well as high processor. In terms of size it's what it is, a monster! very good to use it a PC replacement but forget move it around much. Also very good the integrated TV tunner, remote control, and in general all media systems.

Speed is good but to be honest I was expecting it to be much faster

In general I think it's a very good laptop although my expectations when i bought it where even bigger
Bad points:
It's very heavy, although due to its size you can't really complaint. If you have it on your lap, it can feel quite heavy.

I'm slightly dissapointed with the screen resolution, when it's good again for a 'monster' like this I was expecting completely clear image when watching some DVD's or TV, as I said it's good but not excellent

I also think 320k memory for what this is meant for is not enough, I've got it for a month and I only have 100G left,

Embedded sound card and camera
Bad points:
The biggest problem has to be the screen that is very reflective. Also HP do not have a bag large enough to store the laptop.

Good points:
Lovely large screen. Good implementation of Multimedia features. Nice touch having a finger print reader.
Bad points:
Poor support for Vista. Lightscribe feature does not work.
Battery life is not very good - probably because of the 21" screen ;-(
Poor quality of refurbishing - the two drives are of different manufacture and spec. and not very high spec. at that. The drives being different makes them not suitable for anyform of Raid implementation.
The finger print reader is in an awkward place and the software is a bit iffy! It says it can't recognise my fingerprint -- just before it goes ahead and logs me in anyway!!!
The texture of the mousepad is a bit dubious in terms of adding any functionality - in fact the opposite if any.
The lovely touch sensitive media buttons are not very responsive and don't register your touch easily causing a bit of frustration in setting the right volume/bass/treble etc.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Fantastic Laptop (or should I say Desktop replacement) Very cheap compared to the original RRP. Good solid build quality and lots of excellent features.
Massive 20.1" display is very crisp and extremely clear. Added remote control is a bonus. Could do with a bigger secondary HDD.
Bad points:
Lots of unnecessary software installed from new. Takes a couple of hours to remove. Backup CD/DVD takes forever to create, would be better if it was supplied with the disc. Charging socket is at the back left hand corner, so is a little awkward to get to especially if you have it on a desk pushed right back. Would benefit from a right angled charging plug to solve this problem.

The available features and performance more than outweigh the weight and size in terms of portability. I love the large screen!

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Screen Picture quality is amazing, the best. As good if not better than a Mac. Very sexy looking.
Bad points:
When opening up, the lid catches the base, unless you lift it straight without it twisting, very bad fault, as it started to pull the black surround of the screen. Having to be really carefull opening it up. Takes too long to read discs, and clunks as it goes.
