Good points:
Excellent PC. Massive Hard Drive. Super amount of RAM. Certainly does everything I need it to do and more!!

Can be upgraded easily so potential for 16GB of RAM.
Bad points:
None. I didn't expect any software with the PC, nor did I need any as I already have the software I need.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Quick and easy to use, plenty of memory for running applications
Bad points:
Lacks a simple everyday package, like micro soft works. Not yet fully compatible with Windows 7 64-bit, minor problems occur but this may not be the Pavillion's problem.
