Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Good value for money. A useful all-round laptop. I run a lot of technical software on mine and it copes well. The Dual core i5 adds extra capability.

Nice bright screen.
Acceptable weight.
Good built in webcam for IM use
Bad points:
Having had the HP G60 laptop before I was very disappointed in the touch pad. The lack 'button' are not good to use. They need to bring back real buttons instead of the touch pad rocking. The current arrangement is heavy and awkward.

The extra column of keys on the far left of the keyboard is a pain. I ma used to finding the shift and control keys by them being on teh far left. Now I keep pressing the calculator and print keys instead. By all means have the shortcut keys but put them somewhere else.

I have now had this laptop for just over a month and am still having problems with both these.

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
i5 processor and switchable graphics
Bad points:
wifi was faulty I presume , as it would connect as and when it felt like it, even with already known connections at home.
this was the principle reason for returning it , but the touch pad buttons are definitely too hard to press on this design
and this makes a tendency for the cursor to move as you click , sometimes missing the target on screen because of this.
changed it for a Dell Inspiron 15R which I think overall is a better machine.
