Rasa, Glasgow Often on the move

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Nice and stylish, light for a 14 inch laptop, is fast and deals well with everyday tasks. As I'm often on the move the size of the laptop is very portable. Many have left bad reviews on the mouse - I don't struggle using it at all.
Bad points:
Battery life isn't the best - no more than 3 hours doing general tasks like internet etc. One function of the mouse stopped working next day. Apparently it's a general problem with many laptops. You can't enlarge the page using two fingers and the mouse - the same function as many smart phones have. However, the laptop is still under warranty so I'm gonna bring it back to get it fixed.

Good points:
Great spec for the money, design and performance good value at this price
Bad points:
Delivered with finger prints, faulty battery and graphics card and marked bezel giving little confidence that the laptop had been properly refurbished and I have now returned it as faulty.

Matt, Often on the move

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Looks the business, really easy to carry around, really fast and very nice to use
Bad points:
Battery life is a bit on the short side, but is perfectly average for powerful laptops these days. When it arrived the keyboard wasn't quite seated correctly but that was a really easy fix (push the clip back in)

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Except for the mentioned 'Bad points', it is a very good rather better than 'value for money' laptop.
Bad points:
1. The package did not contain any physical bills nor the warranty/guarantee attached to it.
2. One of the components depicted in the 'Unpacking the box' picture was missing. Not sure what that component was.
3. The finishing of the base had sharp edges. Though did not do any harm, but it made me feel inconvenient while using the track pad. Same is the case with lid part also.
4. There was a visible gap between the keyboard and base edges on one side.
5. The laptop seemed to have been opened for the first time, almost an year and returned. And it had been opened again (may be resold again) for the second time, may be around 5 months back. But, after refurbishing the seller made the Bootup and OS softwares appear as though it is being used for the first time, but I feel that I am the third customer to by that laptop.
